We offer delivery throughout the United Kingdom.

 

  • Standard Delivery: please allow 3 to 7 days. We offer free delivery for orders over £30

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier schedules and external factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, strikes).

3. International Shipping

At this time, we currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

 

However, we’re always exploring ways to expand and may offer international shipping in the future.

  • International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

4. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

5. Delivery Issues & Lost Parcels

  • Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly during checkout. We are not responsible for parcels delivered to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

  • Lost parcels will be replaced or refunded once confirmed by the courier’s investigation.
