• Returns and exchanges

Our products are randomly selected to give you a unique experience, at this point we are unable to receive any returns or exchanges once the order has been placed. Please ensure your order is right before completing a payment with us.

• Damaged or defective items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please take a clear photo or video of the item and the packaging at the time of opening. Email the images/videos along with your order details to Kobeluxlondon@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Our team will review the issue and arrange a replacement for the damaged item or a refund if applicable.
